Service Description
This class delivers strength Pilates exercises ranging from complete beginner all the way to the experienced intermediate level. As well as focusing on movement and mobility we also focus on developing our strength with the use of small equipment such as weighted balls, dumbbells and resistance bands. This is a great class for those who want to combine both their strength training with classic Pilates. Throughout the classes we focus on using our breath to help us complete the exercises with control and precision. We ensure that we work on our postural alignment and engage those core muscles that are so important to keep us strong and manage our posture, all to a level which is comfortable for you. A good range of stretching exercises and a blissful relaxation phase are also included at the end of the class.
